This collaboration aims to elevate the guest experience and assist hoteliers in the Asia Pacific region in overcoming labour shortages by maximising efficiency.Vouch's front-end Guest Experience Platform can now be integrated into Amadeus’ service optimisation suite, HotSOS, providing hotels with a powerful set of front-to-back-end tools.
