  • What is Vouch's AVA Self Check-in?

    AVA Self Check-in is a fully automated digital check-in system that allows hotel guests to complete their check-in on their own — anytime, without needing front desk staff. Hotels using AVA Self Check-in also get access to a back-end Control Centre to monitor and oversee guest check-ins in real time, remotely and on demand.

  • How does AVA work?

    Guests complete their check-in using their own mobile device or a device at the property. AVA guides them through identity verification, registration, confirmation and key collection. All activity is logged in real time in the Vouch back-end Control Centre, allowing the hotel to monitor check-ins, review logs, and step in only when needed.

  • Can I try AVA Self Check-in or Assisted Check-in for free?

    Yes. You can start with the Starter (Free) tier. Starter includes everything you need to digitise and manage the guest self check-in journey up to key collection. It's ideal for hotels exploring staff-less automation for the first time. Starter accounts have access only to the most recent 20 check-in and check-out logs and limited report generation. For many small hotels, this is more than enough to get started.

  • What is the difference between AVA Self Check-in and Assisted Check-in?

    AVA Self Check-in is fully automated and designed for staff-less or low-staff operations. Guests complete everything on their own. Assisted Check-in is designed for hotels that still have front desk staff. It digitalises the registration process using a tablet — including passport scanning, data collection, e-signature, and report generation (Assist Pro and above include TM30, RR3, RR4 for Thailand) — allowing staff to check in guests faster and more accurately.

  • Can I change my pricing plan later?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your operational needs change.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No. Our plans are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments.

  • Are there any setup fees?

    No. There are no setup fees to get started.
