What is Front Desk as a Service?
It's a fully managed front desk. Instead of buying software and running it yourself, you hand the front desk to Vouch. We handle guest check-in and everyday questions for you, so you can run a hotel without staffing a desk around the clock.
Is it software or real people?
Both. Self Check-in greets and checks in every guest automatically. The moment a guest needs a human — a question it can't answer, or a check-in that stalls — a trained Vouch agent steps in by video. You get the speed of software with a real person on standby.
What happens in an emergency?
Emergencies are always escalated to your hotel straight away. Front Desk Service covers check-in and everyday guest questions — it does not replace on-site staff for urgent or safety situations. We contact your team immediately so someone at the property can act.
How are housekeeping requests handled?
When a guest asks for housekeeping, we pass the request directly to your hotel's housekeeping team. We handle the guest communication; your team carries out the work.
How quickly can I activate a day pass?
A day pass goes live with at least 4 hours' notice. Activate it the morning of a shift, or the night before — whenever you know you'll be short-staffed.
Do I need a subscription to use a day pass?
No. The day pass is fully standalone — $25 for each 12-hour block, with no monthly commitment. It's there for the days you need cover without signing up for the monthly plan.
What does the monthly plan cover?
The monthly plan covers your front desk every day of that month — unlimited check-ins and guest questions, with no day passes needed on top.
Which hotels is this for?
